When do points appear?
Points from an order appear once the order ships. Points for a review appear once it is published.
Is there a limit on what I can redeem?
A redemption is capped at 40% of your cart total, so a $100 off coupon needs a cart of at least $250. Points you do not use stay in your balance.
How do I use a reward?
Choose a reward, hit Redeem, then paste the code it gives you at checkout.
Do points expire?
Check your balance in the member dashboard for the current terms. We will say so in advance if that ever changes.
