Medical document needed

Cannabis is sold here for medical purposes, so we need a medical document on file before an order can ship. Both routes open right here and take about five minutes.

Apply for a document, or transfer the one you hold.
Place your order. We hold it while we review.
Approved, usually within one business day, and it ships.

Transferring means moving a document you already hold from another provider. Either way you can order as soon as your application is in; we hold it until you are approved.

Application under review

Your medical application is with a nurse practitioner. You can place this order now. We hold it, and it ships as soon as your application is approved. Reviews usually finish within one business day, and we email you the moment yours lands.

Application received.
A nurse practitioner is reviewing it.
Approved, and your order ships.

Nothing is charged twice and nothing expires while your order is held. If the application is not approved we cancel the order and refund you in full. Questions? Email hello@herbaldispatch.com.

Document transfer in progress

You have asked us to transfer your medical document from another provider. You can place this order now. We hold it, and it ships as soon as the document reaches us and your account is approved.

Waiting on one thing: your practitioner or current provider has to fax the original document to 1-833-245-9991. Transfers usually complete about two business days after it arrives.

Nothing is charged twice and nothing expires while your order is held. If the transfer cannot be completed we cancel the order and refund you in full.
