If your medical document is current, an order goes straight from approved to shipped. If you do not have one, or yours has run out, the third stage is where we sort that out. Documents are valid for up to a year. Your account shows which stage yours has reached.

Build your order from the menu the way you would anywhere else. Nothing ships until your medical document is in place, so you are not committing before you know where you stand.
Approved
If your medical document is current, that is the whole of it. Your order moves straight to fulfilment. A document runs for up to a year, so it is checked against your account rather than asked for on every order.
If not, set the document up
Two ways to get there, and we do the chasing either way. A document is good for up to a year, so most members pass through here once and then again at renewal.
Transfer from another licensed producer
Already registered somewhere else? Send us your details and we will ask your current licensed producer to pass your medical document across. You do not have to start again.
Get a medical document, free
No document yet? We cover the cost of getting one. A licensed Canadian practitioner reviews your file, which usually takes about two business days. The document is valid for up to a year, and renewal runs the same way.
Shipped
Packed and sent Canada-wide in plain packaging with tracking, free over $149. Members in BC can use direct delivery instead.
Delivered
Tracking runs to your door. If anything is not right when it arrives, the team that answers is the team that packed it, and they can just fix it.
