FREE shipping on orders $150+.
For orders between $99 and $150, shipping is $15.
For orders under $99, shipping is $20.

Fedex Express:

FREE shipping on orders $150+.
For orders between $99 and $150, shipping is $10.

Purolator Express:

For orders under $149 and up, shipping is $25.

Its very important to have these if you have insomnia . I take one and go to sleep after 30 min easily
