Herbal Dispatch Inc. (the “Company”), will be holding an annual general and special meeting (the “Meeting”) of holders (“Shareholders”) of common shares in the Company (the “Common Shares”) on Monday, June 10, 2025, at 11:00 am (Pacific Standard Time) virtually via Zoom Meetings and at the Company’s registered and records office located at 1801 - 808 Nelson Street, Vancouver, B.C., V6Z 2H2.
